Located at Burgundy’s northern doors in the Yonne department, it is in Saint-Bris le Vineux, the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards, that we welcome you to Domaine des Remparts
Family wine estate where Patrick, Jean-Marc and Thomas Sorin cultivate our vines and make our wines by combining technical progress, traditional know-how, with a deep respect for the environment.
A wide range of grape varieties, from the traditional Bourgogne varietals of Chardonnay and Aligoté for whites, and Pinot Noir and Gamay for the reds, we also grow Sauvignon and César.
Let yourself be tempted by our wines, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Bourgogne aligoté, Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre Blanc et Rouge, Bourgogne Rosé, Beaune 1er Cru Champs Pimont and our two “cuvees spéciales”: le “Sorius” (100% César) and a sparkling wine “Astréa”.
