"This 2017 with a discreet nose of white flowers, apple, almond and hazelnut reveals a rich but not heavy mouth, highlighted by a nice minerality. Nice stretch in the final."

"White fruits and green apple compose a pretty expressive bouquet. The mouth is a real delight as it appears full of fruit, well tense by a fine acidity, while offering a nice magnitude and flexibility".

During the "Decanter World Wine Awards 2017" tastings, two of our wines were awarded:
- Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Chardonnay 2015, Bronze medal with 86 points
- Bourgogne Aligoté 2015, Bronze medal with 87 points

For several years now, we implement the Ecophyto Plan, its aim is to reduce the use of phytosanitary products in our culture. The daily Yonne Républicaine devotes an article to it: Les viticulteurs icaunais engagés dans un usage raisonné des produits phytosanitaires.
Our Saint-Bris 2014 receive 1 * star.
"A complex Saint-Bris that holds surprises, "concluded a taster, evoking the aromas of citrus, boxwood, white flowers and undergrowth that lead to olfaction.This Saint-Bris also shows a very nice balance between dense and round matter and a beautiful mineral and lemony tension that brings dynamism and length.
The magazine "Vinum" published in October 2016 a special Burgundy article. Among nearly 350 wines tasted for the writing of this article, two of our wines are mentioned: Irancy "Les Cailles" 2013 with a score of 15.5 (page 15) and Saint-Bris with 15 points (page 16).
Article published in the magazine "Le Pèlerin" of October 6, 2016. The Pèlerin; Thomas Sorin during the grape harvest at Domaine Des Remparts, noticing the terrible consequences of the bad weather of the year. At the time of the assessment, we lost 90% of our harvest.
Our Saint-Bris 2014 gets the score of 14.5 / 20 and enters the selection "Plaisir-Prix" du Guide d'Achat Belge 2016 Vins & Terroirs Authentiques. "Ripe fruit and pastry invade the first nose of this fragrant bouquet, which is completed with aeration of subtle floral scents (acacia, lily) and a discrete mineral touch. A mouth melted and gourmand, very friendly by its delicate freshness. A fine acidity brings him the necessary tension and the final, on citrus, reveals a pleasant persistence. A delicious and happy wine."

Our Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Pinot Noir 2014 obtained 85 points during "Decanter World Wine Awards 2016" tasting contest and obtained the mention "Commended"
Our Bourgogne Aligoté 2014 was awarded a Silver Medal at the 25th Grand Auxerrois Wine Contest held in Irancy on November 7th.
In May, it was granted of a Bronze medal at the Decanter World Wine Award Contest
The guide Hachette Vins 2016 has just been released. It mentions our Saint Bris 2013, and our Irancy "Les Cailles" 2012 receives 2 stars **
