All the wines we offer come from the vines we grow. From the vineyard to the bottle, we proceed at every stage of their elaboration ourselves.
Our wines, elegant and balanced, are imbued with the richness of our terroirs.
They are the result of a year's work in the vineyard, the good will of nature, a lot of patience and above all our know-how and our certain passion for the land and the vine. Attentive to the nature needs, we grow our vines with the greatest respect for the environment and traditions by practicing a reasoned culture.
In the Auxerrois, besides the traditional grape varieties of Burgundy that are Aligoté, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay, we have the chance and the particularity of cultivating Sauvignon which is the uniqueness of the appellation "Saint-Bris", and we also have the César. Less known, it is mainly used blended with pinot noir in the Irancy, we have made of it a special cuvee that we named "Sorius".
