Cuvée Sorius

Powerful and tannic red wine.

Aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant bud, with sometimes spicy or nutty notes. The César grape variety was planted in Gaulle by the Roman legions in the 2nd century. This vine with serrated leaves is now only found in the vineyards of Irancy. It is capricious and matures with difficulty, which is why there are not many 100% César cuvées.
